ADI-diary can communicate with your Driving School's computer. It takes only seconds to send or receive a hundred lessons updates, including details of pupils and their pickup addresses. No more sitting on the telephone to update the Driving School.

If you use a Broadband connection, your telephone bill will go down dramatically.

If your Driving School is very busy and you have telephone operators then you can have several Central Computers. It does not matter whether telephone operators are located in the same room or even in different towns, the lessons updates are transfered via internet feeding all computers in the network, so any operator can see or book a lesson for an instructor anywhere in the country.

ADI-diary does not utilise a single source of data; thanks to our new and unique database records synchronisation, there is no single point of failure. Every instructor's laptop has its own data whether it is connected to the Internet or not, this gives you flexibility and total security against data loss.

In the traditional client/server system, if the central computer goes down, all clients computers go down with it. This cannot happen with ADI-diary system - because there is no central server - and if, for any reason, a computer loses data, it can be quickly restored by resending all the records from the Driving School.

The Driving School Computer is also protected. If in an unfortunate event your computer blows out then you can request every instructor to resend all their records to you and within 15-20 minutes your data will be restored.
